Job Summary
Job Description
The role involves managing bleach requirements for over 45 customer sites, including technical aspects, shipment volumes, and delivery logistics. Responsibilities include sourcing new bleach suppliers, conducting RFPs to secure competitive pricing, converting purchase requisitions to purchase orders for a significant annual volume, and tracking orders until received. The executive will also manage supplier licenses and qualifications, develop and implement sustainable category strategies for 13 indirect subcategories, and lead contract negotiations. Additionally, the role requires managing an indirect spending database, driving cost savings through data analysis and market studies, maintaining procurement data in SAP, and fostering strong supplier relationships.
Must have:
- Bachelor's degree in science or above
- Minimum 5 years of indirect procurement experience in a multinational manufacturing company
- Self-motivated with good team player attitude
- Good communication and negotiation skills with strong commercial sense
- Software and reporting skills, ERP experience
- Fluent English (CET-4 or above)
- Project management knowledge and experience

Description
Job Responsibilities
Deep understanding of bleach requirement in technical, shipment volume, customer request for delivery, driver, truck etc. for 45+ customer site
New sourcing for bleach suppliers and consolidate with vendors to run RFP city by city to drive market competitive price
Convert bleach PR to Purchase orders for 42KT/yr with rough 5000 shipment
Tracking order till goods received and check qty and amount monthly and collect invoice for all supplier to confirm and then submit to finance.
Supplier license and qualification maintenance, check and collect qualification documents
Develop, optimize and implement sustainable category strategies for 13 indirect subcategory, meeting business needs & driving functional excellence, take into account the balance of short, long-term cost and risk in alignment with business leadership and functional leadership
Develop and execute negotiation strategies for pricing with suppliers in line with market analysis.
Leading contract negotiation and supplier contract process management
Manage and develop indirect spending database, drive continuous cost saving based on data analysis and market study, meanwhile maintain indirect spending price and terms in SAP and manage and drive continuous improvement on procurement process to align with business needs
Manage and develop supplier relationships to achieve and improve procurement strategy
Execute Pos and payment procedures for indirect materials to ensure all procurement activities are conducted
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree in science or above
2. Minimum 5 years indirect procurement working experience in multinational manufacturing company
3. Self motivated, good team player
4. Good communication and negotiation skill with strong commercial sense
5. Software and reporting skill, ERP experience
6. Fluent English (CET-4 or above)
7. Has project management knowledge and experience
