About the role:
We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Senior Salesforce Developer/Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of extensive experience in Salesforce development and architecture, with a strong proficiency in Apex coding, configuration, and various integration techniques. This role requires a deep understanding of Salesforce Service Cloud and Data Cloud, with additional preference for candidates with Agent Force certification.
What you will do:
- Architect and Develop Salesforce Solutions: Design and implement scalable and robust Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and other Salesforce technologies.
- Integration: Lead the integration of Salesforce with other systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and third-party tools.
- Configuration and Customization: Configure Salesforce to meet complex business requirements, including custom objects, workflows, process builders, and validation rules.
- Data Management: Oversee data migrations, data cleansing, and ensure data integrity across Salesforce and integrated systems.
- Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and other team members.
- Collaboration: Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for all developed solutions and integrations.
- Best Practices: Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines.
Who you are and what you bring:
- Experience: 5-8 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development and architecture.
- Proficiency: Expert skills in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and Salesforce configuration.
- Certifications: Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Certified Data Cloud Consultant. Agent Force certification is a plus.
- Integration Techniques: Strong experience with REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and other integration techniques.
- Architecture Patterns: Deep understanding of various architecture patterns and best practices in Salesforce.
- Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead and mentor a team of developers.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Salesforce CPQ, Marketing Cloud, or other Salesforce products.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools for Salesforce.
