Work in Salesforce projects during the entire software lifecycle.
Fulfill customer requirements by customizing the Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud and Community Cloud using configuration and declarative development.
Bridge functional gaps of the Salesforce application that cannot be realized with configuration and declarative development with the help of coding and programmatic extensions using Apex, Lightning Components, etc.
Implement integration with partner applications using RESTful or SOAP-based services and possibly other integration technologies to embed Salesforce into the existing application landscape of Telekom Deutschland or T-Systems.
Take responsibility for coding, unit testing, debugging and the creation of the technical documentation for one or more technical or functional modules of the application.
Provide technical expertise and guidance to our business in the context of the implementation of the customer-specific solution.
Use Salesforce deployment tools such as Salesforce DX to transport development artefacts from sandbox environments to other sandboxes or the production environment.
Assist in specification and design of business and technical requirements in cooperation with the Salesforce Application Consultants and the contact persons of T-Systems and TDG.
Collaborate with our Salesforce Application Consultants in analyzing functional gaps and advising the customer on the optimal closure of gaps as close as possible to Salesforce Standard.
Participate in the creation of test cases and the implementation of test automation for the defined test cases.
Practical experience in the implementation of the Salesforce Sales & Service Cloud and/or Community Cloud as a Salesforce Developer for at least 4 years.
Very good knowledge in customizing Salesforce Sales & Service Cloud and/or Community (reports, dashboards, workflows, process automation) with declarative development for more than 4 years.
Strong skills in relevant Salesforce developer tools such as Visual Studio Code, Workbench, Ant Migration Tool, etc., including know-how in Lightning Web Components, Apex classes and Visual Force.
Advanced experience with the programmatic implementation of API Services based on REST or SOAP or the use of Mulesoft as an integration platform.
Solid know-how in detailing user stories and/or writing technical design documents as a basis for implementation.
Knowledge and willingness in the use of modern, agile methods such as SCRUM, or the Design Thinking approach.
Knowledge of reporting tools and ideally experience in Einstein Analytics are desirable.
Relevant certifications such as Salesforce Platform Developer I or Salesforce Platform Developer II are a plus.
Previous exposure to the telecommunications industry, especially customer-facing processes, is advantageous.
Good verbal and written communication skills in English (min. C1).
