Senior Software Engineering Manager - Business & Industry Copilots

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineering Manager to join our team! 
This is an exciting time to join our group Customer Zero and work on something highly strategic to Microsoft. The goal of the Customer Zero Engineering is to build the next generation of our applications running on Dynamics 365, AI, Copilot, and several other Microsoft cloud services to deliver high value, complete, and Copilot-enabled application scenarios across all devices and form factors. We innovate quickly and collaborate closely with our partners and customers in an agile, high-energy environment. Leveraging the scalability and value from Azure & Power Platform, we ensure our solutions are robust and efficient. Required/Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in computer science, Engineering, or related technical field.  
• 3+ years of managing and leading a team of software developers.  
• 10+ years of proven track record for building and shipping production software  

Preferred/Additional Qualifications (Optional, at HM discretion) 

• Master’s+ degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field is a plus.  
• Strong customer empathy and willingness to learn.   
• Commitment to collaboration, teamwork, and ability to deliver via influence.  
• Experience delivering large cross group projects in collaboration with multiple partner teams.  
• Demonstrated ability and experience in the entire product development lifecycle: design, implementation, deployment, and live site support.  
• Great curiosity and willingness to question, undaunted by hard technical problems.  
• Strong collaborator who can clearly explain work, listen to peers and customers, embodies growth mindset, and work effectively cross group and within the team.  
• Background on services and cloud computing a plus.  
• Experience on Microsoft Power Platform is a plus.  
• Prior experience building business-centric web applications and latest web development technologies.  
• Strong problem solving, design, implementation, and communication skills.
