The Senior Director, Alliances & Channels - GSIs will create and execute a global growth business plan for GSI partnerships in EMEA. Responsibilities include managing revenue, ensuring partner goal attainment (product revenue, services revenue, margins), building the partnership brand, coaching/mentoring alliance managers, and collaborating with sales and channel leaders on revenue-generating initiatives. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing GSI partnerships in enterprise software, strong executive relationships, and a proven track record of exceeding sales targets with GSIs.

We're looking for an experienced Senior Director Alliances & Channel - GSI’s; to join our EMEA Team scaling Zscaler’s current GTM business with a specific set of GSI partners. You will be based out of the United Kingdom. Reporting to the VP Global Systems Integrators, you'll be responsible for:

  • Creating and executing a global growth Business plan for the GSI Partnership business in EMEA. 
  • Responsible for Zscaler's Revenue, and also ensuring that the partners meet their goals for product Revenue, Services revenue and margins.
  • Building the partnership brand both internally and externally.
  • Coaching, Mentoring and developing a strong set of Global Alliance Managers
  • Teaming with internal Sales and channel leaders to programmatically drive new revenue generating initiatives alongside the GSI partners. 

What We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)

  • Currently managing GSI partnerships in a leadership role for an enterprise software company with extensive executive relationships.
  • At least 5 years of experience managing individual contributors. 
  • Internet Security & Networking Skills Experience
  • Bachelor's degree or similar education

What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

  • Demonstrable evidence of exceeding sales targets and with a demonstrated track record in doing so with GSI partners.
  • Exceptional Leadership skills working with Executives - internally and externally.
