Job Summary:We’re looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager with strong copywriting skills to take charge of our social media presence. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing and growing our online community, creating engaging content that reflects TruNativ’s values, and driving brand awareness across all social platforms. You’ll also craft compelling copy that communicates our brand’s voice, resonates with our audience, and enhances our digital storytelling.
Key Responsibilities: - Social Media Strategy: Develop, implement, and manage a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with TruNativ’s brand values and business goals.
- Content Creation: Plan and create a mix of visual, video, and written content across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube.
- Copywriting: Write clear, engaging, and brand-aligned copy for social media posts, captions, ads, and campaigns that captivate our audience and drive engagement.
- Community Management: Engage with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely, brand-appropriate manner. Foster relationships with influencers, customers, and brand advocates.
- Campaign Management: Coordinate and execute social media campaigns around product launches, promotions, and key events to maximize reach and impact.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on social media performance using analytics tools to optimize strategies and drive improvements.
- Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with the marketing, creative, and product teams to ensure a cohesive brand message across all channels.
- Trend Awareness: Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, tools, and platform updates to keep TruNativ at the forefront of digital marketing innovation.
Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in social media management and copywriting, preferably in a D2C or wellness brand environment.
- Proven track record of growing social media presence and driving engagement across platforms.
- Exceptional writing skills, with the ability to create compelling, concise, and brand-aligned copy.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for aesthetics, visual storytelling, and digital trends.
- Proficiency with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social) and analytics platforms.
- Ability to balance creativity with data-driven insights to inform content strategies.
- Strong organizational and project management skills to handle multiple platforms and deadlines.
