Brand Content Producer

FitXR is a fitness technology company at the forefront of XR, creating a movement for movement.

Founded in 2016 in a garden shed in the UK, FitXR is now one of the top-downloaded apps on the Meta Quest store, having raised nearly $30m from investors like Maveron, Hiro, and BoostVC.

TLDR

FitXR is seeking a dynamic and creative Brand Content Producer to join our lean marketing team. This role will be instrumental in shaping our brand's social voice and fostering a thriving community across various platforms. We're looking for someone who lives and breathes social media, understands the power of community, and has a passion for fitness and technology. The ideal candidate is a natural storyteller, a skilled communicator, and a data-driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced, innovative environment. You’ll be responsible for crafting socially native content, engaging with our community, and contributing to the overall growth of the FitXR brand.

This is a fully remote, full-time U.S.-based position reporting to the CMO.

Where you’ll spend your time

  • Develop and execute engaging content across various social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, etc.), establishing a distinct brand voice that reaches key strategic audiences.

  • Manage the content calendar, from ideation and planning to creation, scheduling, and publishing.

  • Create high-quality content, including videos, images, stories, and written posts, showcasing the FitXR experience and highlighting user success stories.

  • Actively engage with the FitXR community, responding to comments and messages, fostering discussions, and building relationships with our users.

  • Monitor social media trends, competitor activity, and user feedback to identify opportunities for content optimization and community growth.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns and initiatives, ensuring consistent messaging and brand alignment.

  • Track and analyze social media metrics, providing regular reports on performance and identifying areas for improvement.

  • Represent FitXR's brand values and mission in all interactions with the community.


What we would love to see from you

  • 1-2 years of experience in brand content creation, social media management, or community engagement.

  • A strong passion for fitness, technology (VR/AR space is a bonus).

  • Deep understanding of social media platforms and best practices.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for storytelling.

  • Creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh and engaging content ideas.

  • Highly organized and self-sufficient, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Data-driven approach, with experience tracking and analyzing social media metrics.

Logistics

At FitXR, we are a remote-first company, embracing the flexibility to move quickly, stay focused, and adapt with ease. While remote work comes with its challenges, we prioritize collaboration and strong communication to ensure our team remains connected and effective.

Our interview process takes place on Google Hangouts and tends to consist of the following stages:

  • Initial Screen with Talent Team

  • Hiring Manager / Technical Interview

  • Collaborative Task

  • Founder Interview

Some roles may involve additional stages, and the full process will be shared with you at screen stage
