Utilize cutting-edge technologies to build Generative AI applications
Collect, preprocess, and curate large datasets essential for training high-quality generative AI models.
Implement data augmentation and synthesis strategies to improve model robustness.
Gather user feedback and iterate on the design to enhance usability and satisfaction
Enforce best practices and high code standard via peer code reviews
Help others to solve complex problems; uses sophisticated analytical thought to exercise judgment and identify innovative solutions
Navigate geographically disperse teams
Ability to communicate complex concepts
You will need the following skills and experience
Education: Degree qualified in a field related to Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics or equivalent work experience.
Experience Required: At least 2 years of Development work or relevant Advanced Academic Degree
Python
Java or C#
Data structures
Relational and Non-Relational Databases, SQL, Unstructured Data
AWS, Cloud Technologies
Operating Systems Linux/Unix, Windows
Familiarity with Software Development Methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Lean)
Understanding of Generative AI Concepts, including LLMS

Ability to work from 11 AM till 7 PM to collaborate with US East coast colleagues

What happens now?
This is a full-time permanent position located in Vilnius. Nasdaq offers a hybrid workplace to find a balance between working from home and collaborating in the office, therefore it's required to come into the office at least 2 days per week.

Monthly base salary 3020 - 3540 EUR gross. The final offer will be based on your experience and skills.
