Your primary goal will be to ensure that prospects see the true value of our solution and understand its potential impact on their organization.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a passion for SaaS technology, and loves collaborating with both internal teams and customers to drive success.

  • Problem Solving: Diagnose potential technical challenges and proactively develop solutions to support successful product adoption and onboarding.
  • Customer Relationship Building: Establish positive relationships with key collaborators and decision-makers, building trust and ensuring a smooth transition from sales to implementation.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with the latest product developments, industry trends, and competitor solutions to provide strategic insights to customers and internal teams.
Required Qualifications
  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a Sales Engineering or similar role, ideally within a SaaS, FinTech, or enterprise software environment. Experience in sales commission, finance, or a related domain is a plus.
  • Technical Skills: Strong understanding of SaaS platforms and cloud technologies; proficiency with APIs, CRM systems (Salesforce experience preferred), and data integration tools is desirable.
  • Communication Skills: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to simplify sophisticated technical information for various audiences.
  • Sales Acumen: Experience working in a sales-driven environment, with a focus on exceeding targets and supporting sophisticated sales cycles.
  • Problem-Solving Ability: Proven analytical skills with a solution-oriented approach; capable of quickly identifying technical challenges and proposing effective resolutions.
