As a Sr. Revenue Growth Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive sustainable and profitable growth for Hasbro. You will leverage your expertise in promotion, pricing, trade terms, and mix management to optimize revenue and profitability. This role involves working closely with cross-functional stakeholders, including the sales team, to ensure the successful execution of RGM strategies. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing best-in-class product segmentation frameworks to enhance product performance and profitability.
Must have:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
  • 5-7 years of business experience in CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods)
  • Strong analytical mindset and understanding of P&L and RGM levers
  • High level of analytical skills to distil information and uncover insights
  • Experience with POS, panel, shopper, and TPO tools (AC Nielsen, Circana, Luminate, Numerator)
  • Strong IT skills, especially in Excel & Power BI

As a Sr. Revenue Growth Manager, you play a crucial role in the development of sustainable and profitable value growth for Hasbro and our customers through the 4 RGM levers promo, pricing, trade terms and mix management. You understand what drives profitable growth and how we can optimize it. You master financial KPI’s and combined with other data resources you give the most optimal recommendations on strategic pricing, promo plans, assortment & retailer conditions.  

  

This role includes the development and implementation of the necessary strategic frameworks, governance routines, and analytic tools that will enable you to deliver actionable recommendations to improve promotion investment Return on Investment (ROI). In this high-impact role, you will be working collaboratively with cross-functional stakeholders, particularly, the sales team. 

  

You report into the VP, Category Management & Revenue Growth Management. 

 

Location: Pawtucket, RI office location OR Open to Remote on East Coast or Central Time
  

A Day In the Life as a Sr. Revenue Growth Manager: 

  • Drive the strategic price recommendations per category, considering internal profitability, price elasticity and external competitive landscape. 

  • Closely partner with finance, commercial & marketing teams to ensure the execution of pricing strategy is realized. 

  • Be the SPOC and partner to RGM analytics group to support the development of pricing tools & elasticity models. 

  • Be the sparring partner of Top Senior Account Managers for financial impact of negotiation decisions and optimization opportunities. 

  • Bring the outside in, continually push the boundaries of how Hasbro invests in the right tools and methodologies so the outputs can inform the correct forums & strategic processes to drive optimized revenue & profit. 

  • Push the most profitable products (through assortment, shelving and activation) and customers in close collaboration with category management, commercial and marketing teams.  

  • Define and build a best-in-class product segmentation framework to fundamentally change the way Hasbro thinks about our product performance and profitably. 

  • Partner with Commercial leadership and strategy teams to ensure assortment optimization plans are embedded within channel and go-to-market strategies. 

  • Act as change agent for RGM understanding and adoption within the commercial & finance functions.  

 

What You'll Bring: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or any other relevant field 

  • Minimum of 5-7 years of business experience, preferably spent in CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods). 

  • Strong analytical mindset and an excellent understanding of the P&L and key RGM levers to drive both top and bottom line growth. 

  • Must have a high level of analytical skills, with an ability to distil information and uncover insights from a variety of sources. 

  • Experience working with POS (Points of Sale), panel, shopper and TPO (Trade Promotion Optimization) tools (AC Nielsen, Circana, Luminate, Numerator). 

  • Strong IT skills, esp. in Excel & Power BI, experience with promo & line planning systems is a plus. 

 

 

 

Compensation Range, Currency USD:

  • Starting Pay Range: $96,320
  • Pay Range End: $178,880
