We have an exciting opportunity to join our Engineering team in Poland and are currently looking for a Staff Engineer to join the team. 

As a Staff Engineer on our infrastructure team, you will play a critical role in providing technical leadership and guiding our infrastructure product teams to ensure our systems are scalable, reliable, and capable of supporting future growth.

What you should know about our Engineering team:

• You own your projects: you build it, you ship it, you run it
• We were born in the cloud: practices and principles like CI/CD, IaC, O11y and CyberSec are part of what we do

The main technologies you will use include AWS, Kubernetes, DynamoDB and Kafka.

What you bring

• Proven experience with AWS or other cloud-based architectures.
• Familiarity with DynamoDB or related databases
• Expperience with Kafka for streaming services.
• Ability to design and optimise systems for scalability and performance.
• Ability to implement, coach and share their strong understanding of application architecture.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach.
