We are currently looking for a Staging & Integration Services Technician.

Location: Orlando, FL or Long Island, NY or Fulton, MD (on-site)
Salary: $22 – $28/hr (depending on experience)

Most Important:

• Entry-level or early-career techs

• Strong work ethic and motivation to grow

• Willingness to do physical work (racking gear, lifting equipment, etc.)

Qualifications:

• Familiar with terminal emulators, basic configuration pushes, OS upgrades, and troubleshooting

• Comfortable working in a hands-on, staging environment

• Personality and attitude matter most – the team can teach technical skills

• Eager to learn and grow into more technical roles over time

• Bonus: Certifications in Cisco, HP, Microsoft, or AWS

• Able to work on-site in Orlando, Long Island, or Fulton, MD as needed

Responsibilities:

• Assist with the staging and integration of IT hardware

• Rack, stack, cable, and configure network and server gear

• Perform basic configuration tasks, firmware/OS upgrades, and system testing

• Collaborate with senior techs and leadership in a supportive, learning-focused environment

• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all safety and documentation protocols

• Support broader integration projects as part of an “incubation center” for developing technical talent
