About the team In this role you will be working cross functionally with category team, products team, marketing team and making an impact on the direction of the eCommerce Platform. Responsibilities - Responsible for the country's e-commerce operation-related goals, based on data and competitor analysis, carry out business planning, objective setting, and strategy formulation; organize and coordinate with internal teams and cross-functional resources to solve problems, and achieve country goals in various dimensions, such as GMV. - Work with industry teams to research and manage merchants, design sub-category strategies for special projects, and leverage internal and external resources to achieve category growth - Collaborate with cross functional and team members to manage various e-commerce special projects covering brands, logistics, and users. Analyze and formulate operation strategies with implementation and iteration, and achieve the related goals of special projects.

Minimum Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in any related field - 5 years experience in strategic operations, business analysis, project management, etc., in the top e-commerce platforms, consulting firms, or the internet industry - Strong problem analysis and solving skills, and the ability to quickly learn and adapt. - Excellent coordination and communication skills with cross-functional teams. - Data-savvy, with solid data analysis skills, and proficient in using common work software and data analysis tools Preferred Qualifications - Prior experience in e-commerce is strongly preferred. - Team management experience is a plus. - Experience working with consulting company is a plus
