The Supervisor, Marketing Studios for LATAM Film and Streaming Content Launches will orchestrate successful marketing campaigns across the region, ensuring seamless execution of strategies for movie releases and streaming content. Responsibilities include defining overarching campaign strategy, leading content campaigns in Argentina and overseeing LATAM rollout, managing activations and events, budget allocation, collaborating with media teams, overseeing creative material development, coordinating with various departments, ensuring communication across LATAM countries, and planning synergy strategies across platforms. This role requires strong leadership, project management, and communication skills within a fast-paced environment.

How you will contribute to our magical experience:

As a Supervisor Marketing Studios for LATAM Film and Streaming Content Launches, you’ll play a key role in orchestrating successful campaigns across the region, ensuring seamless execution of marketing strategies for movie releases and streaming content. You’ll work closely with internal teams and regional partners to ensure each campaign achieves its maximum impact, from budget management to creative material development and launch coordination. Your expertise will help elevate our brand presence in LATAM markets, focusing on Argentina, Mexico, Brazil, and beyond.

The Supervisor Marketing Studios will be responsible for:

  • Defining the overarching strategy for marketing campaigns in LATAM, ensuring alignment with regional and global goals.
  • Leading content campaigns for theatrical and streaming releases in Argentina, and overseeing the regional rollout across all LATAM countries.
  • Managing special activations and events, from initial concept to execution, ensuring the seamless integration of brand messaging.
  • Allocating and managing campaign budgets efficiently, ensuring maximum impact with available resources.
  • Collaborating with the media team to define the best mix of offline and online media, ensuring optimal reach for each campaign.
  • Overseeing the ideation, creation, and approval of creative materials, working closely with the Creative and Marketing teams in the US.
  • Coordinating with different departments (Press, Media, Creative, Cinema Partnerships, Digital, Sports, etc.) to achieve campaign objectives for each title.
  • Ensuring clear and consistent communication with LATAM countries, especially Mexico and Brazil, to synchronize campaign activities.
  • Planning and guiding the synergy strategy for each release, incorporating diverse platforms such as Radio Disney, TV, Social Media, and more.

What we need from you to be part of this story:

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing, communications, advertising, media management, and entertainment, or a related industry, with a strong expertise in LATAM markets.
  • Advanced level of English (required)
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and coordinate efforts across different areas, ensuring cohesive campaign execution.
  • Strong project management skills, with experience in budget oversight, creative production, and media planning.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment, adapting to shifting priorities and new challenges.
  • Passion for entertainment and a creative mindset to develop unique strategies that resonate with regional audiences.
