Tableau Specialist, Data Analysis

Location: Waltham, MA (hybrid)

SS&C Intralinks is seeking a talented and motivated Sr. Business Operations Analyst to join our Product Development team. You will report to the Senior Director of Product Development Operations and work cross-functionally with our Product, FP&A, Sales Operations and Change Management teams to help deliver actionable insights to our product management and senior leadership teams.

What You Will Get To Do:

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Tableau and other BI solutions
• Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights, and provide actionable recommendations based on findings
• Develop ROI model for new product initiatives
• Help develop and maintain data dictionary and other documentation for data models, processes, and reporting standards to ensure knowledge sharing and consistency
• Serve as a subject matter expert for all cross functional stakeholders needing timely and relevant data for their analyses
• Monitor data quality and resolve any discrepancies or inconsistencies in collaboration with data engineering teams

What You Will Bring:

• Bachelors’ degree or equivalent experience required
• 3-5 years of experience as a BI Analyst or Business Operations Manager, with a track record of designing and delivering impactful reporting solutions
• Experience working in a SaaS business
• Expert level in using Tableau to create dashboards and visualizations
• Expert level Excel and SQL skills for data querying and manipulation
• Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts and data modeling principles
• Strong data optimization skills and experience working with large data sets
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and quality
