Your New Role…

We are searching for a Talent Acquisition Analyst to join our Warner Bros. Discovery Talent Acquisition team! As a member of the Operations team within Talent Acquisition, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional candidate experience and providing operational excellence to a global team of Recruiters and Sourcers. You will report to the Manager, Talent Acquisition Operations.

Your Role Accountabilities…

• Supporting multiple Recruiters and Sourcers in coordinating hiring team interviews.  Interviews may include phone, video and on-site meetings, complex multilayered scheduling, and the facilitation of travel arrangements.
• Being an ambassador to the candidate experience! The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will manage all logistics for interviews and will serve as the primary point of contact to the candidate while interviewing.
• Assisting with operational requests such as posting job advertisements, the administration of legal documents and offer letters, and other projects as needed.
• Partnering with other People & Culture teams and Recruiters to ensure an optimal onboarding experience for new hires.

Qualifications & Experience…

• Experience multi-tasking and problem solving in a fast paced and high-volume environment
• Previous experience working collectively with a team
• Demonstrable attention to detail and sense of urgency
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
