Job Description
As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process for technical professionals at Veeam, specifically for R&D roles, in Bangalore. You'll collaborate with hiring managers to develop and execute recruitment strategies, manage open positions in the Greenhouse ATS, and provide weekly progress reports. The role requires you to have a strong understanding of IT recruitment trends, possess excellent communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. You will be working on a 1.5-year fixed-term contract.
Must have:
- Full-cycle technical recruitment experience, focused on R&D roles.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing platforms.
- In-depth knowledge of IT recruitment trends and best practices.
- Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision making.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

We are currently seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our Recruitment team in Bangalore on a 1.5-year fixed contract. As part of our team, you will be responsible for recruiting top technical professionals for Veeam products.
Your tasks will include:
- Manage end-to-end talent acquisition process, from sourcing to offer acceptance
- Collaborate closely with Hiring Managers to develop and execute tailored recruitment strategies
- Manage open positions in Greenhouse ATS, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Deliver weekly progress reports and conduct market intelligence analysis

- Proven track record in full-cycle technical recruitment, with a focus on R&D roles
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing platforms
- In-depth knowledge of IT recruitment trends, challenges, and best practices
- Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision making
- Ability to thrive independently in a fast-paced, agile environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Sufficient proficiency in English to effectively communicate with international teams
