Job Description
As a Network & Svcs Operation Analyst at Accenture, you will contribute to transforming back office and network operations. This includes improving customer experience, enhancing capex efficiency, and reducing the cost-to-serve. You'll manage problems stemming from IT infrastructure errors, working to minimize their business impact and prevent recurrence by finding the root cause and initiating corrective actions. This role involves analysis, problem-solving, and interaction with peers, with moderate instruction on daily tasks. You will work as an individual contributor within a team, focusing on a defined scope of work.
Must have:
- Network Billing Operations experience.
- Good Customer Support Experience.

Helps transform back office and network operations, reduce time to market and grow revenue, by improving customer experience and capex efficiency, and reducing cost-to-serve Good Customer Support Experience preferred with good networking knowledge Manage problems caused by information technology infrastructure errors to minimize their adverse impact on business and to prevent their recurrence by seeking the root cause of those incidents and initiating actions to improve or correct the situation.

Roles and Responsibilities: •In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of lower-complexity problems • Your day to day interaction is with peers within Accenture before updating supervisors • In this role you may have limited exposure with clients and/or Accenture management • You will be given moderate level instruction on daily work tasks and detailed instructions on new assignments • The decisions you make impact your own work and may impact the work of others • You will be an individual contributor as a part of a team, with a focused scope of work • Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts
