The Technical Consultant Lead will manage a team of Technical Consultants and Technical Support Engineers, providing hands-on execution and technical expertise. Responsibilities include deep dives into customer business cases to ensure optimal usage of Appier's AI product solutions, providing technical guidance, developing solutions for customers, and consolidating customer feedback. This role requires in-depth knowledge of Appier enterprise products and collaboration with Product and Customer Success teams. The goal is to optimize business outcomes for customers by leveraging Appier’s AI and data assets.
