We are seeking an innovative Training Specialist dedicated to improving the learning experience for our payer and provider community. In this role, you will design and deliver high-impact training programs – both live and on-demand – using adult learning principles to ensure our learners are well-equipped to navigate the HHAeXchange platform successfully. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in training delivery and presentation development, along with a collaborative mindset and a drive to introduce fresh ideas that enhance the training experience across in-person, virtual, and on-demand formats.
You’ll maintain a strong understanding of our products, services, and the home care industry, while working closely with cross-functional teams to stay aligned to product updates and training priorities. This role will also help support the ongoing maintenance of training materials and environments, provide feedback on training content, and share insights from sessions to help improve the overall Customer Education experience.

The base salary range for this US-based, full-time, and exempt position is $60,000 - $75,000 not including variable compensation. An employee’s exact starting salary will be based on various factors including but not limited to experience, education, training, merit, location, and the ability to exemplify the HHAeXchange core values.
