At Google, we strive to earn our users' trust every day. The Trust and Safety team, comprised of abuse fighting and user trust experts, works relentlessly to make the internet a safer place. We collaborate with teams across Google to deliver innovative solutions for combating abuse, including malware, spam, and account hijacking. Our diverse team of analysts, policy specialists, engineers, and program managers works tirelessly to reduce risk and fight abuse across all Google products, protecting our users, advertisers, and publishers globally in over 40 languages. The Third Party Data Safety team is dedicated to safeguarding every Google user's privacy and fostering trust in how their data is shared with third-party apps, while maintaining a thriving third-party developer ecosystem. Through OAuth access reviews, security assessments, cross-product abuse signal monitoring, and the development of developer enforcement models, we drive towards our mission. As a Trust and Safety Analyst, you will play a crucial role in translating insights into models or ad-hoc sweeps, developing infrastructure to support analysis and automate audit procedures, and conducting comprehensive analysis of recently activated tokens/projects to understand patterns and potential threats. You will analyze business, infrastructure, and other signal data to identify patterns, including fraud, brand risk, control breakdowns, and regulatory non-compliance, communicating findings to stakeholders clearly and concisely. Your expertise will also be vital in performing ongoing detailed risk assessments, developing mitigation recommendations, and driving prioritization and implementation of these initiatives in partnership with cross-functional teams. You will be responsible for measuring the impact of processes, establishing metrics for programs, and generating comprehensive reporting with actionable insights on risks and process health. You will also coordinate with other Trust and Safety teams to share metrics and participate in governance forums. On a rotating basis, you will perform on-call responsibilities, including weekend coverage.
