We are looking to add a passionate and dedicated User Experience Designer to our team in Bucharest!


About the job:

Everymatrix Frontend, short EMFE, is a group department that is responsible for delivering FE services and products to our clients. This role is part of a hybrid specialist team, where UX design plays a key role in delivering intuitive, user-centered solutions for complex business needs. You'll collaborate with stakeholders to refine user journeys, improve product interfaces, shape design proposals and ensure a consistent, high-quality user experience across all EMFE Products and Services.

What You'll get to do:

- User Research & Analysis: Conduct user research and usability testing to understand customer needs, pain points, and behaviors, turning the results into actionable recommendations.

- UX Strategy: Collaborate with stakeholders to define UX goals, and user-centered design documentation and processes that align with business objectives.

- Design & Prototyping: Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate interaction models and UI specifications effectively.

- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product owners, developers, and QA to ensure designs are implemented as envisioned and user experience goals are met.

- Continuous Improvement: Analyze product performance and user feedback, iterating on designs to optimize usability and engagement.

- Advocate for UX Best Practices: Stay up-to-date with UX trends, advocating for usability improvements, accessibility, and design thinking across all company platforms.


What You need to shine:

- Experience: At least 3 years of experience in UX design, user research, or a related field.

- Tools Proficiency: Skilled in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar, with experience in prototyping tools like InVision.

- Collaboration & Communication: Strong communication skills, with the ability to present and explain design rationale clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Analytical Thinking: Strong ability to analyze data, user feedback, and business requirements to create intuitive and effective UX solutions.

- Agile Experience: Familiarity with agile methodologies, with experience in collaborating via tools like Jira and Confluence.


Nice to have:

- Educational Background: Degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field.

- Certification: Relevant certifications in UX/UI, Agile (SCRUM), or Product Management.

- Experience in iGaming: Prior experience working in the iGaming or B2B SaaS industry is a plus.

  • Start with 22 days of annual leave, with 2 additional days added each year, up to 32 days by your fifth year with us.

  • Hybrid work schedule: 60% work from the office and 40% work from home per quarter (during your first 3 months, you'll be in the office full-time).

  • 21 weeks of paid maternity leave, with the flexibility to work from home full-time until your child turns 1 year old.
  • 4 weeks of paternity leave, plus the flexibility to work from home full-time until your child is 13 weeks old.
