Job Description:

Our VP, Client Leadership will be the strategic liaison for clients, internal teams, and partner agencies. You will champion strategically and creative work, be a true partner to clients, express passion for the brand and category, and easily navigate a cross-functional environment.

You will report to our SVP, Client Leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • You will build relationships with senior-level clients and become your client's trusted strategic partner.
  • You are a strategic thinker, capable of leading the brand's strategy with stakeholders including internal and external agency partners
  • You will lead teams through strategic development and creative ideation
  • You think collaboratively and use various disciplines in the agency to present client brand-building opportunities and agency-building initiative
  • Drive growth while establishing and integrating cross-functional teams
  • Lead and oversee all account operations as it relates to the business of the agency
  • Identify client issues and work with our agency partners to provide solutions
  • Collaborate with agency partners as an IAT leader
  • Create applicable development plans for direct reports
  • Inspire agency and client confidence and seek opportunities to promote our client relationship(s)
  • Empower teams through engaging career development practices
    • Maximize learning and productivity while minimizing turnover
  • Oversees client financials and account profitability in partnership with Portfolio Lead/EVP/SVP
  • Analyze P&L statements and takes necessary action to ensure profitability
  • Provides leadership on agency delivery; ensures all deliverables are produced on time, on budget, and meet our client's expectations

Qualifications

  • Minimum 10 years of integrated agency account management experience
  • Minimum 5 years in a senior supervisory role, i.e. Account team leader/senior client advisor
  • Project management expert
  • Experience with financial planning and revenue forecasting
  • Experience in complex categories / strategically rigorous corporate image businesses

This role will have a hybrid work schedule; Employees will work both on-site and off-site, with the primary office location being in San Francisco.

Additional Information

The annual salary range for this position is $136,850 - $182,850/year. Placement within the salary range is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law.
