Job Description

This is a summer internship opportunity at Hong Kong Disneyland Resort within the Facility Services - Horticulture Team. Interns will work alongside industry experts, supporting team performance through scheduling, budgeting, technical assistance, and problem-solving. Responsibilities include reviewing maintenance data, generating reports, maintaining records and inventory, and ensuring adherence to safety regulations. The internship offers hands-on experience in landscape maintenance, utilizing various tools and machinery, and working with diverse ornamental plants. Successful candidates will be energetic team players passionate about Disney, proficient in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua), and available for a full-time, three-month internship between May and August 2025.

Must have:

University student graduating in or after 2025
Horticulture/Arboriculture/Landscape Management major
Landscape maintenance knowledge (tools, plants)
Fluent English and Chinese (Cantonese & Putonghua)
Team player, passionate about Disney
Hong Kong SAR right of abode
Full-time availability (May-August 2025)

Hong Kong Disneyland Resort is now hiring Interns for Facility Services - Horticulture Team.

Responsibilities:

Support and monitor the performance of team, including schedule, budgeting, provide technical support and solving their problem
Review and analyze maintenance data and provide reports
Maintain proper maintenance record and inventory control in the system, etc.
Ensure all health and safety regulations and procedures are followed

Requirements:

Current university students graduating in or after 2025, majoring in Horticulture, Arboriculture and Landscape Management or other relevant disciplines.
Basic knowledge on landscape maintenance from hand tools, power tools, industrial machinery, to knowledge of different ornamental plants and their maintenance requirements.
Good command of English and Chinese, including both spoken Cantonese and Putonghua.
Energetic, strong team-players and passionate about Disney.
Have the right of abode in Hong Kong SAR.
Must be available for a full-time internship for three consecutive months between May and August 2025.
Previous work experience at Disney theme parks will be considered as an added advantage.
