Creating 3D compositions and game assets.

The work will require collaborating closely in the game’s creation process by interacting with the Team Lead and Art Director, and adjusting to the game’s technical and production needs.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Producing a variety of game assets, from characters and creatures to props and full environments.
• Creating stylized models and textures and directly integrating them into the game
• Interpret 2D designs into 3D assets by utilizing software such as Maya.
• Maintaining a SuperPlay level of quality in the team
• 
  
• Working collaboratively with the team to improve the studio's workflow.

• Extensive experience in 3D modeling within the gaming industry, with a strong portfolio showcasing stylized 3D assets and environments.
• Solid knowledge of lightning, color and composition
• Proven expertise in hard-surface modeling, character modeling, UV unwrapping, texturing, shading, and rendering.
• Proficiency with industry-standard tools, especially Maya, Adobe Photoshop, and Substance Painter.
• Strong knowledge of casual and mobile game aesthetics, with experience optimizing assets for mobile platforms.
• Goal-oriented team player with a track record of meeting deadlines and milestones.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive projects forward and find creative solutions to challenges.
• Resourceful and adaptable to dynamic situations, with a strong focus on maintaining SuperPlay’s quality standards.
• Up-to-date on the latest industry trends and able to apply them creatively to SuperPlay’s projects.

Bonus Skills:

• Experience with ZBrush and Unity
