Job Title: Academic/Education/Admission Counselor

Experience required: 2 years+

CTC: Hike on the current drawn salary

Job Location: Kharghar, Navi Mumbai

Roles and Responsibilities-

1) Develop objectives for the center’s day-to-day activities

2) Conduct effective resource planning to maximize the productivity of resources (people, technology etc.)

3) Collect and Improvise on Center Collections (Fresh and Rollovers)

4) Hire, coach and provide training to center personnel to maintain high customer service standards

5) Monitor and improve telephone handling and other procedures

6) Increase Center performance with key metrics (Lead Generation, Walk-ins, etc.)

7) Plan sales strategies and marketing activities to achieve set targets.

8) Meet your targets and those of the team as a whole

9) Maintain accurate records

10) Approachable towards everyone at the center.
