Senior Executive position in Bangalore, India focusing on SAP SuccessFactors. Responsibilities include hands-on experience with EC, LMS, ECP, Performance Management, and Recruiting/Onboarding modules. Roles And Responsibilities

Hands on experience in SAP Success Factors modules including EC (Employee Central-Master data), LMS (Learning Management-Training), ECP (Payroll), Performance Management, Recruiting/Onboarding

Analyze business processes and requirements to provide optimal solutions for HR functions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of SAP Success Factors with other systems.

Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, explaining complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and advancements in the field of SAP Success Factors.

Adhere to all company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

Document all system configurations, changes, and procedures for future reference.

Provide regular reports and updates to management on system performance, issues, and improvements.

Qualifications

Hold a bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution.

Possess 2-5 years of hands-on experience in working with SAP Success Factors, specifically in the modules Employee Central, Learning Management System, and Recruiting and Onboarding.

Demonstrate strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.

Certification in SAP Success Factors is a plus.

Be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis.
