Senior Executive position in Bangalore, India focusing on SAP SuccessFactors. Roles And Responsibilities

  • Hands on experience in SAP Success Factors modules including EC (Employee Central-Master data), LMS (Learning Management-Training), ECP (Payroll), Performance Management, Recruiting/Onboarding
  • Analyze business processes and requirements to provide optimal solutions for HR functions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of SAP Success Factors with other systems.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, explaining complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and advancements in the field of SAP Success Factors.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Document all system configurations, changes, and procedures for future reference.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to management on system performance, issues, and improvements.

Qualifications

  • Hold a bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution.
  • Possess 2-5 years of hands-on experience in working with SAP Success Factors, specifically in the modules Employee Central, Learning Management System, and Recruiting and Onboarding.
  • Demonstrate strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
  • Certification in SAP Success Factors is a plus.
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis.
