Job Description

This Account Manager role at Google focuses on driving growth for large clients. Responsibilities include collaborating with business partners, conducting market and audience analysis to identify opportunities, summarizing insights for the team, collaborating with internal/external stakeholders, and delivering effective marketing campaign strategies. The ideal candidate possesses strong communication skills in English and Mandarin, experience in online sales, digital advertising, and client relationship management. Success requires a solution-oriented approach, excellent problem-solving abilities, and the ability to meet deadlines. The role involves working with a diverse portfolio of clients, shaping their digital strategies, and leveraging Google's product offerings to achieve their business goals. This role requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and at least two years of relevant experience.
Must have:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Job Details

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience in online sales, business development and digital advertising sales/marketing.
  • Ability to communicate in Mandarin and English fluently to support client relationship management in this region.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in advertising sales and media account management.
  • Experience working with spreadsheet software along with delivering presentations.
  • Ability to assess and address the needs of clients with a solution-oriented approach.
  • Ability to maintain productivity and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent problem-solving and project management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Work with business partners to deliver the growth of an assigned customer/vertical.
  • Conduct analysis of industry, markets, and audience to develop opportunities for customers and the vertical.
  • Summarize insights and practices, and share them within the team and vertical.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, deliver strategy and execution of advertiser's marketing campaigns.
