This Account Manager role at Google focuses on large customer sales within the Media Platform HR sector. Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience in online sales, business development, digital advertising, marketing, or consulting.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in Google Ads account management.

  • Excellent leadership, organization, communication, collaboration, and teamwork skills.

You will use your marketing skills, problem-solving skills, and communication skills to make recommendations to the clients on how they can develop their business by making better use of digital, especially in marketing, thereby becoming a trusted partner and contributing to the client's success. Client's success will lead to business for the team and Google. You will learn Google's products fully and in a timely manner, and understand digital marketing, to utilize it in the business activity.

Our Large Customer Sales teams partner closely with many of the world’s biggest advertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions that build businesses and brands. We enjoy a bird’s eye view on the massive transformation occurring as advertising shifts to mobile and online platforms. We're uniquely situated to help shape how companies grow their businesses in the digital age. We advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Build relationships with customers and educate them on new product features.
  • Provide excellent customer service to Google's advertisers, identify, and solve client problems.
  • Learn and work with Google's ongoing development of advertiser products to optimize client campaign results.
  • Grow advertising cross-channel business through clear, data and recommendations that align with Customer Business Objectives.
  • Analyze data trends and consumer insights to develop plans and prepare narratives to drive growth.
