As an Account Manager - Ultrasound, you will develop and maintain relationships with transactional accounts, ensuring regular communication to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty. You will execute account plans for small accounts, collaborate with internal teams to create optimal offers, conduct sales analysis and reporting, and implement business processes and quality standards. Additionally, you will contribute to sales efforts, participate in presentations and demonstrations, and monitor the effectiveness of sales actions. This role requires at least 2 years of experience in customer relationship management, sales, business development, or account management.

Your role:
• Develops and maintains relationships with assigned transactional accounts, ensuring regular communication and understanding of customer needs to drive satisfaction and loyalty, ultimately fostering long-term partnerships.
• Executes tactical account plans for small accounts, working closely with commercial specialists to ensure alignment with overall sales strategies and objectives, contributing to the achievement of sales targets.
• Collaborates with internal teams, including marketing and supply chain, to create optimal offers for customers, ensuring competitive and compelling product propositions that meet market demands.
• Learns to use and effectively apply professional concepts, developing a foundational understanding of relevant principles and practices that contribute to professional growth and enhance overall performance.
• Works under direct supervision and established processes, ensuring adherence to operational policies to maintain consistency and high standards of work output across all tasks.
• Conducts regular sales analysis and reporting, providing insights into sales performance, market trends, and competitive landscape to inform strategic decision-making.
• Implements standard Philips business processes and quality standards, ensuring compliance with company policies and maintaining high standards of business conduct in all activities.
• Contributes to sales efforts focused on sell-out and profitable growth, supporting key commercial and operational plans for distribution and promotional activities to maximize revenue.
• Participates in local presentations and product demonstrations, effectively communicating product features and benefits to support promotional activities and enhance customer engagement.
• Monitors the quality and effectiveness of sales actions to enhance the overall customer experience, regularly updating sales data in the Customer Relationship Management System in line with Company policies and KPI's.

Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer Relationship Management, Sales and Business Development, Account Management in B2C environment or equivalent with Vocational Education OR no prior experience with Bachelor's Degree.
How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
