Description

Purpose & Need

PGA’s administrative team is the backbone of our organization and functions as both an external resource to our clients and an internal liaison for employee and operations-related support. From managing office procedures to organizing and tracking data, administrative professionals are vital to PGA’s success and culture. Backed by an experienced team, you’ll be equipped with the tools to support your professional development and long-term growth. The ideal candidate should be motivated to take charge of tasks, excited to learn about our staff and company, and ready to advance their career with a firm eager to see them succeed.

What You’ll Do

  • Handle front desk duties in our Bartow office (including answering phones/transferring calls for all offices)
  • Monitor and maintain office and breakroom supplies. Receive and process deliveries from various vendors (Amazon, Office Depot, etc.)
  • Perform work related errands as needed (store trips to purchase sodas/supplies, post office, ordering lunch for internal meetings, etc.)
  • Assist with preparing backup, copying and scanning of monthly credit card and checking statements.
  • Manage calendar for vehicle and meeting room requests.
  • Maintain mileage and maintenance logs for company vehicles
  • Assist with copying, scanning and compiling presentation packets/binders as needed
  • Proactively initiate assistance to other PGA staff members. Displays eagerness towards learning new methods/skills

What You’ll Need

  • High school graduate or equivalent (college graduate preferred)
  • Previous receptionist / office experience required (2+ years)

  • Punctual with good organization skills and ability to perform multiple tasks in an organized manner at the direction of various people
  • Excellent skills in the areas of numeracy, literacy, written and verbal communication

  • Ability to deal with constant interruptions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards in all work efforts
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Completes tasks in a thorough, accurate and timely manner meeting PGA standards with minimal errors
