Kwalee seeks an AI Designer for their Creative Marketing Team in Bangalore. Responsibilities include using AI tools and creative software to produce visually engaging static and dynamic content for marketing campaigns, implementing design principles for clear and effective communication, and collaborating with team members to enhance game and brand success. The role requires autonomous work based on creative briefs, meeting high standards with minimal revisions, mentoring junior designers in both traditional and AI-assisted techniques, adherence to brand guidelines, and integrating AI insights for optimization. Regular reporting to the Lead Illustrator is also expected.
Must have:
- Expertise in AI-driven tools for image/video content creation
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop)
- Ability to deliver high-quality designs meeting deadlines
- Collaboration and mentorship skills
- Adherence to brand guidelines and AI integration

As we continue to grow, we are now looking for a AI Designer to join our Creative Marketing Team. in our Bangalore office.
As the AI Designer you will be responsible for :
Harness AI tools and creative software to develop visually engaging static and dynamic content for brand and performance marketing campaigns.
Implement essential design principles to ensure your designs are clear, effective, and resonate with our audience.
Collaborate closely with team members to enhance the commercial success of our games and the overall brand.
This is a permanent role based in our Bangalore Studio where our daily in-office collaboration fuels creativity and innovation.
Responsibilities:
- Ability to work autonomously based on a creative brief, efficiently producing content that aligns with project goals through iterative feedback.
- Deliver graphic design work that meets high standards with minimal revisions, ensuring timely completion within set deadlines.
- Provide mentorship to junior graphic designers, fostering skill development in both traditional and AI-assisted design techniques.
- Employ various graphic design tools, including AI applications, to create visually compelling content for brand and performance marketing campaigns.
- Ensure all content generated retains adherence to internal brand guidelines while integrating AI insights for optimisation.
- Actively incorporate feedback during production to make effective adjustments to AI-generated content.
- Regularly report to the Lead Illustrator of Graphic Design on relevant matters affecting workflow and project deliverables.
- Fully comply with the company's procedures and strategies related to the integration of AI technology in graphic design
Requirements:
- Expertise in utilizing AI-driven tools to generate high-quality images and video content, enhancing creative workflows.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, with a strong emphasis on Illustrator and Photoshop, to refine AI-generated assets.
- Experience in 3D artwork is an advantage, facilitating innovative and engaging content creation.
- Ability to present a varied and highly skilled portfolio of creative work
- Based in our Bangalore office with 5 days per week on-site.
