Responsibilities include market research, team management (writers, editors, analysts), content quality analysis, and collaboration with SEO, Marketing, and Social Media teams to achieve revenue, session, and page view targets. The ideal candidate possesses extensive gaming knowledge, excellent writing skills, strong time management abilities, and proven team leadership experience (managing at least 3-4 content writers). The role involves developing a long-term strategy to establish Deltia's Gaming as a leading name in the industry.

The Opportunity

Experience: 2+ years of experience

Role: Contract

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct market research and come up with a plan to grow the Gaming & Tech content vertical.
Closely work with Content Manager, Content Specialists and help manage, guide, recruit, and train a team of writers, editors, analysts, etc.
Grow the Gaming vertical to meet monthly revenue, sessions, and page views targets.
Regular quality analysis of the Gaming content on the website. Regular Audit.
Work with the SEO, Marketing, and Social Media teams to create a long term strategy for the growth of your vertical.
Work with a vision to make Deltia’s Gaming a familiar name in the Gaming industry.

Requirements

Excellent knowledge about gaming in general, as well as the streaming circuit.
Strong command over the English language (US) is a must.
Should have a knack for sentence composition, grammar, and syntax.
Excellent time management skills and ability to work independently.
Should have managed a team of atleast 3-4 content writers.
