  • Design and deliver supply chain management and strategic sourcing solutions using Supply Chain Modeler
  • Understand key client performance levers and seek solutions to improve metrics
  • Define and carry out project plans under the direction of project managers
  • Identify issues impacting project quality, scope, timing, or cost
  • Provide structured analysis to identify performance improvement opportunities and effectively communicate findings with clients
  • Review and validate data, build and validate models, and assist in client presentations
What You Will Bring to Coupa:
  • Experience in or knowledge of supply chain planning and design (or demonstrated ability to quickly learn and apply complex technical skills):
  • Some knowledge of the principles of optimization and how optimization is performed using software packages
  • Understanding of simulation and the differences between optimization and simulation
  • Familiarity with planning, forecasting, transportation, inventory management, and strategic sourcing
  • Database skills strongly desired as well as some programming skills, especially in optimization software packages
  • Currently enrolled in or completed Bachelor or Masters’ program focused on industrial engineering, operations research, or supply chain management. Supply chain consulting experience is a plus!
