Headout seeks a Business Development Manager in Poland to spearhead commercial efforts and expansion. Responsibilities include launching initiatives, onboarding supply partners, expanding offerings, managing distribution partnerships, cultivating relationships with key accounts, collaborating with internal stakeholders, and performing market analysis. The ideal candidate possesses 2+ years of business development experience (preferably in travel), strong operational and communication skills, and a global mindset. Fluency in Polish and English is essential. This role requires a hands-on approach, CRM system experience, and a willingness to learn new tools.

👩‍💻The role

We are looking for a Business Development Manager - Poland to join our European Business Team. Reporting to the General Manager - CEE, you will lead our commercial efforts and expansion in Poland. You will be the face and voice of Headout to our Supply Partners in the region.

🤩What makes this role special?

  • Innovate. You will play a crucial role in launching new initiatives, onboarding supply partners, expanding our offerings, and managing distribution-side partnerships in the Poland region.
  • Cultivate. Continuously develop relationships with supply partners and grow key accounts to scale them to higher revenues. 
  • Collaborate. Work with internal stakeholders (Operations, Tech, Marketing, etc.) and your accounts to ensure smooth execution of partnerships and growth in sales & bookings.
  • Analyze. Identify market trends and provide market and competitor analysis to optimize business development and sales strategies.

💝What skills & experience do you need?

  • Polish and English speaker based in Berlin or Krakow or Warsaw.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in business development, preferably in travel-related products.
  • Expertise in managing both external and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong operational skills with a hands-on approach.
  • Analytical, with excellent communication skills and a global mindset.
  • Team player who thrives in diverse, multicultural environments.
  • Experience with CRM systems and a willingness to learn new tools.
