The Role of Character Artist involves creating high-quality character artwork for mobile games, aligning with project needs and collaborating closely with game planners. Responsibilities include establishing game character styles and producing design assets. The ideal candidate possesses strong artistic fundamentals, exceptional hand-drawing skills, proficiency in Photoshop, and a deep understanding of character design requirements across various game art styles. Adaptability to different project needs, a passion for gaming, excellent communication, teamwork, and a dedication to high-quality work under pressure are essential. 2.与游戏策划紧密沟通，确保设计方向与项目需求高度契合。
岗位要求：
1.美术基础扎实，具备出色的手绘能力。
2.精通Photoshop等绘图软件，熟练掌握绘图技巧。
3.熟悉角色设定要求，掌握多种游戏美术风格，能够快速适应不同项目需求。
4.大专及以上学历，原画相关专业优先。
5.热爱游戏行业，具备良好的沟通能力、团队合作精神和学习能力，工作认真负责，能够承受较强的工作压力。
6.具备角色原画设计经验者优先。
