client base in any size cluster/geographical area.

Key responsibilities:

• Creates, articulates and drives the local strategies for differentcustomer segments.
• Leverages understanding of the local business environment to supportdevelopment of the sales strategy.
• Maintains senior relationships with top accounts and makes joint sales calls with sales representatives and channel managers.
• Ensures optimal activity management and account management to trulyunderstand customers and their needs.
• Oversees forecasting and budgeting processes to align with business goals as well as driving campaigns to generate a healthy pipeline and yield.

We are looking for:

We are looking for a experienced talent for our 2025 journey, with the sufficient experience and skills to develop an industry and lead commercial dialogues and strategies. A supply chain expert who can create empathy with our customer needs and provide Supply Chain solutions to create a partnership.

As for the skillset and experience, we are looking for:

• Commercial leader and field experience
• Structured work approach and a focus on delivering results , customer-centric mindset.
• Understanding of the importance of a strong employer brand in recruitment considering also supply Chain experience and knowledge
• Fluency in English
• Excellent communication skills, ability to navigate complex stakeholder matrix and to foster long-term relationships with internal teams, clients and candidates
