Quince is a retail and technology company co-founded by a team that has extensive experience in retail, technology and building early stage companies. You’ll work with a team of world-class talent from Stanford GSB, Google, D.E. Shaw, Stitch Fix, Urban Outfitters, Wayfair, McKinsey, Nike etc.
As the Head of Market-UK, you will serve as Quince’s business owner and country leader, responsible for launching and scaling our presence in UK and broader Europe as we continue to expand our international footprint. This is a full-stack, high-impact leadership role spanning go-to-market strategy, team building, digital and physical operations, and full P&L ownership. You will be charged with creating a locally resonant customer experience while upholding Quince’s global brand promise: high quality, radically low prices, and responsible production.
Reporting to the Head of International, you will work cross-functionally across digital, supply chain, merchandising, marketing, and customer care, blending strategic vision with hands-on execution to drive customer growth and operational excellence.
