Job Description

Sprinklr is seeking a Commodity Manager to develop and execute global sourcing strategies for Marketing and IT Services. This role requires strong leadership, strategic negotiation skills, and the ability to manage global supplier relationships. Key responsibilities include driving supplier selection, optimizing cross-regional strategies, monitoring performance with KPIs, and leading continuous improvement. The manager will also lead high-level contract negotiations, identify cost-saving initiatives, develop risk management strategies, and foster strategic partnerships. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential to align sourcing with business needs and ensure adherence to company policies and ethical practices.

  • Possess strong leadership, strategic negotiation skills, and ability to manage global supplier relationships.
  • Own and drive global supplier selection, development, and relationship management.
  • Establish cross-regional supplier optimization strategies to balance cost, quality, and risk.
  • Monitor supplier performance using data-driven KPIs and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Lead high-level contract negotiations and complex supplier agreements.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in assigned commodities.
  • Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives aligned with Procurement Annual Initiatives.
  • Develop and execute risk management strategies, including supplier contingency planning.
  • Establish strategic partnerships with suppliers to drive innovation and align with technology roadmaps.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, marketing, IT, operations) to align sourcing strategies.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, industry regulations, and ethical sourcing practices.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for developing and executing global sourcing strategies for Marketing and IT Services globally
  • Ensures sourcing strategies are fact-based, comprehensive, and aligned with business objectives to drive cost efficiency, supplier innovation, and competitive advantage
  • This role requires strong leadership, strategic negotiation skills, and the ability to manage supplier relationships at a global level
  • Owns and drives global supplier selection, development, and overall supplier relationship management
  • Establishes cross-regional supplier optimization strategies to balance cost, quality, and risk
  • Monitors supplier performance using data-driven KPIs and leads continuous improvement initiatives
  • Strategic Sourcing & Negotiation
  • Develops and executes global commodity sourcing strategies to support business objectives and reduce total cost of ownership
  • Leads high-level contract negotiations and complex supplier agreements to secure competitive pricing and mitigate supply risks
  • Serves as a subject matter expert in assigned commodities, leveraging industry insights and analytics to drive sourcing decisions

  • Identifies and implements cost-saving initiatives, ensuring alignment Procurement Annual Initiatives
  • Develops and executes risk management strategies, including supplier contingency planning and risk recognition.
  • Establishes strategic partnerships with suppliers to drive innovation and align with technology roadmaps
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, IT, and operations, to align sourcing strategies with business needs
  • Ensures adherence to company policies, industry regulations, and ethical sourcing practices

Compensation Range

The base salary range for this role at minimum, midpoint and maximum is shown above. It is not typical for a candidate to be hired close to or at the maximum of the salary range. At Sprinklr, base pay depends on multiple individualized factors, including experience, qualifications, job-related knowledge and skills, and geographic location. Base pay also depends on the relative experience, knowledge, skills to our internal peers in the role. Base pay is only one part of our competitive Total Rewards package: the successful candidate may also be eligible to participate in Sprinklr’s discretionary bonus plan, commission plan and/or equity plan, depending on role.

US-based Sprinklr employees are eligible for a highly competitive benefits package as well, which demonstrates our commitment to our employees’ health, well-being, and financial protection.
