We are seeking a talented individual to join our Operations team at Marsh. This role will be based in our Toronto, Canada office. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. The Invoicing Specialist will provide essential support to Client Facing Brokers, ensuring the accurate and timely production of invoices and related documentation while also mentoring peers and contributing to process improvements.
We will count on you to:
- Ensure timely and accurate production/processing of invoices, fee transactions, finance requests, and related policy documentation.
- Identify opportunities for improvement within operational processes and collaborate with colleagues and Operations Leadership to implement enhancements.
- Manage and prioritize your workload to meet individual Service Level Agreements (SLA), Key Performance Indicators (KPI), and quality targets.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring an elevated level of customer awareness and service.
- Adhere strictly to the company's quality practices and compliance policies, including Errors and Omissions avoidance.
What you need to have:
- High School Diploma or equivalent work experience.
- 2+ years of previous work experience in a related field, preferably in insurance or financial services.
- Strong numerical skills and the ability to interface with colleagues at all levels within the organization.
