As a Solutions Consultant/Program Manager in the cross unit team in Knowledge, Information and Core (KIC), you will lead, execute and contribute to organization wide initiatives, KIC specific tactical projects and cross-team projects to drive organization efficiency and impact for KIC and gUP. You will advocate KIC to influence initiatives and activate these in the KIC team. You will work with stakeholder teams within the organization and ensure initiatives drive measurable results and impact in KIC and beyond. You will assess, collate, and drive projects around the KIC team that need to break through silos and create standards in KIC.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $162,000-$243,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
