Position Overview
With our strong business growth globally, Tencent Cloud International is now looking for an Associate Account Representative to join our fast growing cloud business in Japan. He/she will be groomed and trained to grow and accelerate our Go-To-Market strategy within the targeted markets and sectors while developing field relationships with our key partners to ultimately generate new services opportunities and help accelerate or grow existing opportunities.

Responsibilities
• Work closely with the Japan Business Development team to formulate and implement sales strategies.
• Establish and maintain relationships with current and potential customers, understand their needs, and provide appropriate solutions.
• Collaborate with the technical teams to ensure accurate and efficient response to customer requests.
• Participate in market research and analysis to better understand trends and dynamics in the Japanese market.
• Master and maintain the customer relationship management (CRM) tool to ensure high accuracy and timeliness of information.
• Regularly prepare sales rand performance reports

クラウド技術チームと協力し、顧客の要求が正確かつ効率的に対応する。
市場調査と分析に参加し、日本市場の動向とトレンドをよりよく理解する。
顧客関係管理システムを習得し、維持し、情報の正確性とタイムリネスを確保する。
定期的に販売レポートと業績報告を作成する。

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related fields, with graduation between January 2024 and December 2025. Candidates still studying must be able to join by the end of 2025.
• Native-level Japanese language proficiency and native/business-level proficiency in Chinese or English language.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships.
• Good knowledge of IT and cloud computing.
• Ability to take initiative and effectively collaborate within a team.
• Motivated to learn and grow in a rapidly changing and challenging environment.

応募資格:
•2024年1月から2025年12月の間に卒業予定のコンピュータサイエンスまたは関連分野の学士号または修士号取得者。
日本語母国語レベル、中国語ビジネスレベルもしくは母国語レベル、英語ビジネスレベルを持つこと。
優れたコミュニケーション能力と人間関係構築能力を持つこと。
基本的なITおよびクラウドコンピューティング知識を有すること。
自発的に行動し、またチーム内で効果的に協力する能力を持つこと。
急速な変化と挑戦に満ちた環境で学習し、成長する意欲を持っていること。
