Picture this – you start each day in our modern Newcastle Upon Tyne office, part of our buzzing Global Operations team, knowing you're helping people and making a real impact. As a Customer Service Advisor, you’re the friendly face (or voice!) that our customers count on. Whether it’s through chat, phone, email or support tickets, you’ll be there to answer questions, solve problems, and make their day a little easier. You’ll be the go-to person they trust, helping them get what they need, so they can focus on what matters most to them.
You’ll be an extension of our clients’ teams, supporting them with our full suite of technology, payment solutions, and value-added services – everything they need to keep their business running smoothly and growing strong.
