As the Digital Customer Nurture Manager, you will be pivotal in shaping the digital customer nurture capability. You will be responsible for the full customer lifecycle and be a key member of the Health Systems North America Digital and eCommerce team. The role involves building a strategy to engage the customer base to drive loyalty, retention, and awareness. This includes driving lead conversion, increasing MQL volume and funnel velocity through email nurture programs, and recommending programs to increase database engagement. You will collaborate with various teams, leveraging technology to achieve better outcomes.
Must have:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of Digital Marketing experience.
  • Experience with marketing automation technology (Eloqua).

Digital Customer Nurture Manager
 

As the Digital Customer Nurture Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the current and future direction of our digital customer nurture capability.  You will address the full customer lifecycle and be a key member of our Health Systems North America Digital and eCommerce team. 

Your role:

  • Build a tailored strategy to engage our customer base to drive loyalty, retention and awareness of opportunities for upgrading or buying the latest innovations from Philips
  • Support our North America strategy and plan driving advancement of our customer nurture capability with Businesses to create impact pre- and post- sales via digital engagement
  • Drive higher quality lead conversion, MQL volume and increase funnel velocity through effective email nurture programs
  • Recommend programs to increase the engagement of our database and to increase the number of contacts we can actively market to, partnering closely across teams and functions
  • Leverage an understanding of our technology stack and our regional needs to partner with the Digital Center of Excellence and IT teams to evolve our technology to further enable driving greater outcomes


You're the right fit if:

  • Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Digital Marketing or similar required; Healthcare technology marketing or Healthcare Industry experience a plus.
  • Experience with marketing automation technology/platforms (e.g. Eloqua) a must. Experience with email marketing a must.
  • You’re a strong communicator and strategic thinker, with the ability to work cross-functionally and synthesize complex data into compelling narratives that drive action and influence senior leadership.
  • Analytic mindset and ability to apply data analysis to digital strategy.
  • You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.


How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

This role is an office role in Cambridge, Massachusetts.

Philips Transparency Details

The pay range for this position in Massachusetts is $106,680.00 to $170,688.00.

The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.   

In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.  Employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive Philips Total Rewards benefits program, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more.  Details about our benefits can be found here

At Philips, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each case.

US work authorization is a precondition of employment. The company will not consider candidates who require sponsorship for a work-authorized visa, now or in the future.

Company relocation benefits will not be provided for this position.  For this position, you must reside in or within commuting distance to Cambridge, Massachusetts.
