We offer a key role in driving the digital transformation of our organization by taking ownership of our Industry 4.0 product portfolio. The primary focus will be on leveraging digital technologies to optimize our manufacturing processes and enable data-driven decision-making. You will get to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to define and prioritize product requirements, develop product roadmaps, and ensure successful product delivery. As such you will play a significant role in defining the overall architecture of the digital landscape, supporting our operational manufacturing in line with Industry 4.0
What does your success in role look like?
The role entails maneuvering in the exciting cross section of product performance, data-driven decision-making and collaboration with business stakeholders and development teams. Success is achieved when products are consistently performing against agreed SLA’s and also keeps being matured and enriched with new technologies and techniques that will secure best practice and effective Industry 4.0 adoption in the business.
Some Of The Key Elements In The Role

  • Strategic Leadership: Spearhead our digital transformation by owning the Industry 4.0 product portfolio, orchestrating innovation and growth.
  • Collaborative Vision: Partner with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to define product requirements, create roadmaps, and ensure seamless product delivery.
  • Digital Optimization: Focus on using digital technologies to revolutionize manufacturing processes and empower data-driven decisions.
  • Product Strategy Mastery: Craft product visions, strategies, and roadmaps for Industry 4.0 initiatives, informed by insightful market research and stakeholder needs.
  • Efficient Execution: Develop, prioritize, and maintain a dynamic product backlog, collaborating with diverse teams to deliver high-quality products within timelines and budgets.
  • Innovative Impact: Stay updated on Industry 4.0 trends, including IoT, AI, and data analytics, leveraging this expertise to identify optimization opportunities and drive continuous improvement.
You will become a part of the Digital Product Line, T&O-Team working in an international environment. The role is be based out of Denmark or Poland.
We are looking for
Candidates are expected to possess a Master's degree in fields such as engineering, manufacturing, computer science, or related disciplines - relevant work experience will be taken into account as well.
Furthermore we look for someone who demonstrates substantial experience in spearheading digital transformation initiatives specifically within manufacturing contexts. In addition, a robust comprehension of manufacturing processes, methodologies, and industry standards, including lean practices, continuous improvement, and Industry 4.0 principles, is highly valued.
Equally important is an extensive familiarity with digital technologies pertinent to manufacturing, encompassing automation, robotics, IoT, artificial intelligence, and data analytics.
As we are a global company we also value experience from working in an international setting with teams and stakeholders in multiple locations and time zones.
