The Director at PwC's Salesforce Consulting services will manage and grow client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and lead project delivery teams. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining relationships with client leadership, conceptualizing customized solutions, creating proposals, and ensuring successful project delivery. The ideal candidate possesses extensive leadership experience in IT delivery, a strong understanding of Salesforce CRM technology, and proven success in managing P&L, contracts, and compliance. The role demands strong people management skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to contribute to thought leadership within the Salesforce ecosystem. This involves account mining, new logo acquisition, and consistently exceeding client expectations.
Must have:

  • Strong understanding of Business Processes and diverse Technologies

Job Summary:
The Director position calls for dynamic and aggressive individuals who would be engaged with our esteemed clients for
developing and maintaining relationships with the client's leadership group, continuously looking for opportunities in those
accounts, conceptualizing and bouncing off Operations solutions customized to the opportunities, help the ED/ Partner by
developing and driving consulting, delivery solutions and proposals and lead the delivery teams during the engagement for
delivering value promised to our clients. The person should have good Salesforce CRM background with focus on revenue
growth with account mining and through new logos.
The person would be the face of Account Engagement to the client from PwC Salesforce Practice and help the Partner / ED
grow and sustain business in India
Roles & Responsibilities:
Below are the roles and responsibilities for the position of Director -
1. Develop and maintain business relationship with our clients/ targets and develop new Clients.
2. Look for opportunities in our existing/ potential accounts and engage with the client leadership team on a regular basis to
create larger share of mind for driving business.
3. Manage clients’ expectations – building & sustaining long term healthy relationship with the clients.
4. Create new opportunities in the market – propagate PwC brand, stay informed and aware about the competition.
5. Manage end-to-end project delivery & economics– take responsibility of all dimensions of the project delivery.
6. Contribute to thought leadership – learn and innovate continuously to enrich the services and offerings of Operations
consulting, participate in seminars conducted by Industry bodies, research, and development of thought capital.
Expertise and Skills:
1. Extensive leadership experience is contract, finance, delivery, quality and stakeholder management while managing large
and complex IT delivery (Transformation and Operations) in highly dynamic environments.
2. Rich experience in managing large Salesforce Implementations. Good Understanding of Salesforce CRM technology stack.
3. Managing P&L, Delivery, Contract, and Compliance with excellent CSAT for large accounts across multiple geography
4. Strong understanding of Business Processes and diverse Technologies which helps me to led a large SFDC practice covering
SFDC and other leading CRM technologies. (SFDC Practice Area Head)
5. Strong experience in managing Multi location, Global transition for Complex IT Delivery AMS, in-flight programs for global
clients contracts as per defined timelines and processes.
6. Experience in establishing and implementing Digital transformation and Innovation solutions (Cloud, Analytics, IoT and
Automation) with expected business results.
7. Involvement in defining strategy and roadmap and managing complex Product Development Cycle for Products from
multiple Industries
8. Responsible for Business Critical Service Delivery with 24x7 support using GD Model and tools and frameworks
9. Managing delivery with best practices of Delivery Excellence, Metrics, and Security Compliance with related Audits.
