Job Description

The Director, Japan Post Investment Management at NetEase Games will be responsible for overseeing and supporting the development of top-tier game content in Japan. This includes managing various development studios, identifying and resolving challenges, coordinating with various teams (producers, directors, programmers, QA etc.), managing budgets and schedules, securing resources, and supporting PR and publishing efforts. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, along with extensive experience in consumer game development (5+ years). They should be highly familiar with all phases of game development, adept at risk mitigation, and capable of motivating diverse teams to achieve project success. The role involves extensive collaboration with both domestic and international teams.

Must have:

Native Japanese fluency
5+ years consumer game production experience
Deep understanding of game development sections and tasks
Proven problem-solving and successful crisis management
Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Good to have:

Experience as Producer/AP/Director/PM on at least one consumer game
Experience with project management tools (Asana, Trello, etc.)

・各開発スタジオの運営、開発をしていく中での課題やニーズの把握とその問題解決

・論理的思考力に優れ、問題の全体像をトップダウンで理解し、複雑な問題に対しても優れた
洞察力で根本的な原因を見つけ出すことができる方
・ゲーム開発における各フェーズを俯瞰し、事前にリスクを想定して対策ができる方

・優れたコミュニケーション能力を有し、異なる部署や背景を持つ人々を巻き込み、モチベー
ションを高めてプロジェクトを推進することができる方
必要な経験・スキル
・ネイティブレベルの日本語力
・コンシューマーゲーム制作経験5 年以上（応相談）
・各開発セクションの役割を深く理解し、コンシューマーゲーム開発の各段階における重要な
タスクに精通している方
・ゲーム制作の過程で遭遇する様々な困難や不測の事態に、進んで対処した経験があり、成功
体験がある方
望ましい経験・スキル
・プロデューサー/AP/ディレクター/PM として、コンシューマーゲーム1 本以上の制作全般の
経験
・Asana - Trello - Zoho Projects - Basecamp - Smartsheet - Monday - Teamwork -
Wrike などのプロジェクト管理ツールの使用経験があれば尚可
