Job Description

This Procurement Business Partner role in Tokyo, Japan focuses on end-to-end sourcing for IT and general services (primarily general services). Responsibilities include defining requirements, market analysis, sourcing strategy, contract negotiation, procure-to-pay processes (quotation, bidding, negotiation, PO creation, payment processing), new supplier development, stakeholder management within the Japanese studio, and collaborating with the China group procurement category manager. The role also involves data analysis for process improvement and efficiency. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of procurement experience, including at least one year in office leasing, infrastructure construction, or facility management. Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential.

Must have:

3-5 years procurement experience
1+ year in office leasing/infra/FM
Business-level Japanese & English
MS Office (Excel proficiency)
Procurement system experience (SAP Ariba/Coupa/Jagger)
Data analysis & visualization skills
Strong communication & collaboration

Good to have:

Experience in multinational companies
Experience with data analysis tools

業務内容：
1. IT及び総合サービスカテゴリのend-to-endのソーシング業務を担当（総合サービスカテゴリがメイン）主として、要件定義、市場分析、ソーシング戦略の策定～実行、契約締結　等
2. Procure-to-Pay業務を担当。主として、相見積/入札、交渉、PO作成～発行、費用照合～支払申請　等
3. 日本現地の新規サプライヤー開拓・管理
4. 日本現地スタジオのキー・ステークホルダー管理。必要に応じて、中国グループ調達カテゴリマネージャーと連携し、調達BPとして日本のスタジオの需要に対応
5. データ収集・分析を通して、業務効率化・持続的改善の提案及び実行

応募要件：

1. 学歴：大学卒業またはそれ以上
2. 経験：3～5年調達実務経験。うち、オフィスリース、インフラ工事・施工、ファシリティマネジメント関連カテゴリの調達経験1年以上必須
3. 言語：日本語：ビジネスレベル以上；英語：ビジネスレベル以上
4.その他スキル：MS Officeソフトウェア（特にExcel）；調達システム（SAP Ariba/Coupa/Jagger等）；データ分析・可視化ツール利用経験があれば尚良い
5. 求められる人物像：目標志向、強い責任感、高いコミュニケーション能力、チームプレイヤー、変化する環境に柔軟な対応ができる
6. 多国籍企業での勤務経験があれば尚良い
