Ecommerce Analyst

We’re looking to hire an Ecommerce Analyst for a leading global technology company. You’ll join the Digital Experience & Expansion team to drive the growth of the company’s global gifting e-commerce program. This is a 1-year contract opportunity. The role is fully remote, with preference for candidates located in the PST or CST time zones.

Ecommerce Analyst Responsibilities:

• Represent business and customer experience strategy for new digital gifting features.

• Act as the main liaison with cross-functional partners including Product, Marcom, and Merchandising.

• Analyze gifting trends and craft reports and narratives for executive stakeholders.

• Conduct benchmarking research and identify innovative concepts and external inspiration.

• Build and present strategic briefs to document business priorities and performance.

• Measure and report program KPIs and develop financial business cases.

• Help shape the long-term strategy for global gifting experiences.

Ecommerce Analyst Requirements:

• 3+ years experience in strategy or customer experience roles.

• Strong understanding of B2C e-commerce and the global retail landscape.

• Ability to work strategically and tactically with a strong attention to detail.

• Proficiency with analytics/reporting tools such as Adobe Analytics, Tableau, and Excel.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including storytelling and presentation abilities.

• Experience working cross-functionally and collaboratively in fast-paced environments.

• Demonstrated curiosity, resourcefulness, and problem-solving mindset.

*To qualify for our benefits package, you must work over 30 hours per week and the length of assignment must be a minimum of 10 weeks.
