The Executive Assistant will support the President of On Location, a leading global sports and entertainment experiences and hospitality company. Responsibilities include managing the President's calendar, coordinating travel logistics, handling administrative tasks, maintaining confidentiality, collaborating with the executive team, assisting with projects, and engaging with stakeholders. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational and time management skills, and excellent communication skills. A strong interest in the sports and entertainment industries is essential. This entry-level role offers a path for upward mobility.

About On Location

On Location, the leader in global sports and entertainment experiences and hospitality, is looking for an Executive Assistant to support the President of the Company. The ideal candidate must have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and assist with a variety of administrative office tasks. This exciting role requires an assertive self-starter with exceptional attention to detail, excellent organization and project management skills, and effective written and verbal communication skills.


The ideal candidate is tenacious, displays great time management skills, and is knowledgeable about the sports and entertainment industries. This entry-level position serves as a training opportunity and provides a path for upward mobility.

  • Calendar & Scheduling Management: Efficiently coordinate and manage the President’s schedule, including meetings, teleconferences, events, and logistics.
  • Travel Coordination: Arrange and oversee all travel logistics, including accommodations, itineraries, agendas, and transportation, while maintaining detailed travel records.
  • Administrative Support: Handle day-to-day administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations and timely execution of priorities.
  • Confidentiality & Professionalism: Manage extremely sensitive and proprietary information with discretion, confidentiality and the utmost professionalism.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Executive team and key department heads to support business needs and strategic initiatives.
  • Project Management: Assist in leading and participating in various projects, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are executed effectively.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a liaison between internal and external stakeholders, including partners, agencies, and senior leadership, maintaining strong relationships.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in an administrative or executive support role.
  • Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality in high-pressure situations.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and professional phone etiquette.

Travel: You may be required to travel on company business

Per local requirements and in the interest of transparency, the range shown below reflects the prevalent current hiring range for this position. Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience.  Endeavor strives to provide locally competitive rewards packages, which include base rate along with, as applicable, short- and long-term incentives, growth and developmental opportunities, and robust benefits, such as health care, retirement, vacation and other paid time off, and additional offerings.


Hiring Range Minimum:

$21.64 hourly


Hiring Range Maximum:

$28.85 hourly
